Question: How to control PMS? Thanks! :)?
I'm always so moody! I don't want to take any medicine though that's kind of stupid in my opinion.

I guess the only solution other than medication is calming tea. The natural herbs can make you feel better. For me, I just ride it out. Fortunately my social life is hardly existent, so mainly myself and my fellow Internet patrons are the ones who have to deal with it, haha. Do you happen to have a set of Chinese health balls? My aunt gave me a pair... you can also buy them in earthy-type stores (around here, Earthbound has them). You roll them around in your hand and the little bells inside them ring. It's stress-relieving for me. You could also try a stress ball or clay; just keep your hand/the clay moist so it doesn't stick to your hand and cause even more frustration. There's also breathing exercises; close your eyes, in through the nose, out through the mouth. I know these remedies are weird, but PMS is really only justified stress. Otherwise your option is to cry and get it all out like I do, haha. Aren't periods fun?

I'd say take time to relax, hot bath reading a book. to calm yourself and relieve stress. That way little things wont tick you off as easily bc youd be slightly relaxed lol
