Question: Tips for getting abs?
Tips and techniques? Exercises, how long a day? I am not an overweight girl and I have a flat stomache but I wanna build some muscle. How?

Drink a total of (at least) eight full glasses of (ice cold!) water throughout each day, and make sure you're doing plenty of cardio each day (anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes, ranging from walking to jogging to ellipticals to whatever you want basically). You need to keep doing cardio because no matter how sculpted your ab muscles are, you will not see them underneath a layer of fat that's on your stomach. Crunches don't burn fat -- they essentially just prepare the muscles underneath to look nice once the fat is finally gone. So while you should definitely incorporate ab workouts (basic crunches are good, or if you find some machine you like that works) in your routines (try doing 50-100 crunches three times a week after your cardio), you should always keep up the cardio to make sure the fat stays off. Also, try getting more protein in your diet. You can do this with meal replacement shakes like Special K or Boost, and lean meats for dinner and breakfast like grilled chicken and turkey bacon instead of regular. Switch from white bread to whole grain -- studies show those who ate mostly whole grains had smaller waistlines.
