Ok, I'm not sure how old you are, but if you are older (20s up) or have a heavy flow at all, do not use the U by Kotex ones that everyone likes! Yes, they have really cute packaging and funny commercials, but their products suck (in my opinion anyways...I'm 21 and I have a heavy flow and even with the supers and ultras, they leak all over the place...they might work for a little girl with hardly any flow, but not for me or any of my friends). I used to use Tampax Pearl a lot and I liked them, but then I tried Playtex Gentle Glide and I think they're my favorite so far! They never leak and have plastic appilactors, which are always nice. And I wouldn't reccomend the scented tampons at all! most of them don't smell that good and I don't think they're that great for you anyways, but the most annoying part is if you put them in your purse ( I always keep a few in the inner pocket for emergencies), your whole purse stinks of them lol!

I love the new Kotex colorful brand. It gives a little fun to having your period; it's so playful and colorful. They all feel the same to me, some are a little long though, and the cardboard ones are just worthless.. Plastic is the way to go! (;

I've always used Tampax and I haven't had any problems with them. But get the unscented ones and make sure they are plastic applicators. I've used cardboard applicators from a friend before and they hurt.

Personal Preferance

I've tried all different brands, and I think they're all uncomfortable. I'm more comfortable with pads.

I like Kotex the best, they feel silky and aren't rough..
I hate Tampax, They feel uncomfortable when you put them it..

PLAYTEX SPORT ALL THE WAY!! theyre smooth and the applicator is neon green! yay :]

eww gross.

I dont use tampons. I use a old pillow to help my heavy flow.
