all it does is causes your muscles to contract because of the sudden shift in body temperature. its just a way your body deals with big fluctuations in temperature. you'll get goosebumps, your nipples will go hard and yes, they will seem to retract a little. once your body adjusts to its regular temperature it will go back to normal. i can tell your young, so really you should have nothing to worry about. you're boobs wont sag at this age but if they do you would have to have very large breasts. the only way to overcome this is getting a breast reduction in worst case scenario
