So i wondered if any of you knew how to spot when your going to start your period?
I am due on in about a week and i got quite a lot of discharge when i last went to the toilet. Does this mean i am going to start in 1 or 2 days?

Every women id different, i have a little discharge only hours before my period starts some months and then sometimes a couple of days before. If you are worried, always carry something in your bag and wear the little panty liners.
Could be within the next three days. I usually get a feeling that I'm gonna start about a week before. Maybe when you start getting discharge put a small pad on for safety or carry one round in your bag.
This may sound strange but sore nipples are also a way of your body telling you that you're about to start, as well as unexplainable stress :p
Every body is different, after a while you'll learn to know!
Keep a calendar and record your cycle so you get an idea of when you start. Also you can just carry pads around with you when you think you're about to start. I used to do it but now I can just sense when my period will start because I get light cramps a day or two before it.
