Would I be able to reduct my D down to a B?

Good choice to wait. You'd really want to get pretty much finished with your adult growth and development before making surgical changes.

Maybe. A lot depends on you and your skin type, as well as the operation itself - what has to happen. Last of all, or perhaps even first, the skill of the surgeon matters too.

Different people have different pain thresholds. My guess is 5-6.

It can, again - depending on exactly what you want to have done.
