the smell of female ejaculation?!

Question: The smell of female ejaculation?
..

I hate talking dirty. I feel ashamed, embarrassed... somewhat horrified but at the same time excited that I FINALLY figured out how to "pleasure" myself after YEARs of trying to figure out how. In any case, with I have had ejaculations every time I orgasm (actually more than I've orgasmed).. within the past week that I figured out how to do any of this. But the smell is nasty. I am a virgin. I am female (duh) I don't have STDs. I have been checked for mono. I've only been to second base. No it's not pee, pee smells different. It's not a noticable smell if you walked in the room... but it's on my hands and the bed and I don't know how to get rid of it before my mom finds out! I am scared other people will smell it!

First, congrats on ejaculating. A lot of women can't do it. While I've never heard of it having an odor I can't say it didn't. You smell it because you are embarrassed, ashamed, feel dirty and are horrified that your mother or others will find out. There is no need to feel that way. A lot of people self pleasure. But, there is nothing wrong about it. In fact, doctors now think it's good for you. It relives tension, produces serotonin--the feel good chemical in your brain, and when you ejaculate you release toxins in the body.

You can clean it out of the bed as if you did urinate. Just change the sheets and scrub the area with a damp cloth. The smell will go away. You don't have to tell anyone about it. It's really none of their business. I doubt anyone would really care anyway. Just go about your day and think nothing of it. Think about how good it felt those brief short moments.

Next time, and there will be a next time now that you've discovered this, put a towel under you. It's much easier to clean up that way.

***Douching will do nothing for the smell of ejaculate. It comes from the urethra via the Skene's glands. If you have any vaginal odor douching will make it worse. Because smells can equal infection. The infection in the vagina can be forced into the cervix, then into the uterus from the douche pressure. It also dries your vagina out and throws your pH levels off. Which can cause more odor. It's just a never ending cycle. Meds will help with odors.

everyone's privates smell-even mens. ejaculate fluid really smells. this is perfectly normal. wash your hands really good in soap and try putting a towel or something under you to keep fluids off your bed. if the smell really bothers you try using a douche about once a week and see if that helps.

I once read on cosmo that your discharge smells like your diet. People whose fluids smell like fish aren't always dirty or infected, they probably consume seafood frequently. If you eat a lot of fruit and neutral foods (like steamed rice) maybe you'll see a change.

its normal as long as it doesnt smell like fish :)
If you have a fishy smell then you should be see your doctor.

Rendi is wrong on the douche part. Never ever douche. Or use feminine hygiene products or baby wipes on your vulva. It kills the good bacteria that live in your vagina that keeps the bad bacteria from coming in and causing an infection. All you need to do is was your vulva with warm water when you shower or take a bath. I'm 25 and never had any kind of vagina infection.

"Regular vaginal douching changes the delicate chemical balance of the vagina and can make a woman more susceptible to infections. Douching can introduce new bacteria into the vagina which can spread up through the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes. Researchers have found that women who douche regularly experience more vaginal irritations and infections such as bacterial vaginosis, and an increased number of sexually transmitted diseases. "
