when on periods, is the tummy more bloated then normal?!

Question: When on periods, is the tummy more bloated then normal?
Answers:

Yes. I usually bloat before my period and once it starts it goes away but a lot of women bloat during. Drink a lot of water people thing that it will cause you to bloat more but it actually flushes you out.

yes dear...try to remove pain like this
1-Cuddle up with a hot water bottle
2-Soak in a warm bath to soothe the cramps
3-Do plenty of exercise to keep yourself active and take your mind off things
4Try gentle swimming, walking or stretching
4-Painkillers such as ibuprofen and aspirin can help as they have anti-prostaglandin effects, but may not be suitable for everyone e.g. if you have asthma
5- There is also a range of specialised painkillers available to help reduce the symptoms
6-Eat boiled egg and drink hot coffee
must visit Dr. Morice site to know common women issues..
