Just wondering- for women only please!?!

Question: Just wondering- for women only please!?
I have had craps for the past 4 or 5 days they are mild but enough to take something to calm the cramps down a little. Its been about 20 to 24 days since I had my last period and I'm thinking I'm due for it again ( plus the last 2 were very light) but have never really had cramps before my period. I also have bloating here and there just enough to make me feel icky. I do have some other symptoms of my period about to start like lower back pain and some mood swings. During my period I do get cramps but like I said before, rarely do i get them before my period. Just wondering what u think i know its normal for most women who get cramps a week before they start.
Also if u could recommend anything i could to in a homeopathic way ( just so i don't have to keep taking Advil or something) to help calm the cramps that would be awesome!
thanks so much!

Answers:

Well, you said that your last 2 periods were light. Which may result in a heavier one, causing cramps before your period actually starts.

It is perfectly normal so you don't have to worry too much, but if it is scaring you go to a doctor.

The cause of this may also be do to weight loss, or weight gain. This causes your periods to be either lighter, heavier, less, or more cramps. Any strange or unusual side effects really.

Also, make sure that when having cramps to breathe deep. Also, don't eat puddings or drink coffee and stay away from citrus. You should eat things high in potassium like bananas. Also, the best medicine is Ibuprofen it is just as good if better then Midol or any other leading brand.

Best of luck to you :D

Hope this helps :D

ME & Knowledge

I get cramps about a week before my period and they usually kill me! What I found to work is to lay a hot pack on your tummy while your laying down. Or a hot bath works sometimes. Heat works for me, but cold works for some of my friends, so if heat doesn't work I would try cold. Hope this helps!

Sorry idk what you could take but yes this is very normal and ok!
