1) IS this my period or is it spotting?
2) When would it come again cause today is 21 days since it last came.

It's definitely the start of your period.
99.9% of the time any woman does not start their period and have regular cycles.
It took me around 2 1/2 years to be "normal" with it. You're young.. It will adjust accordingly.
In the mean time, hang in there!
hey girl, i'm 16 and when my period began at first (when i was 13), it was very irregular. sometimes, it came twice a month, sometimes, it would come for one day , leave the next day and return the Next week. it skipped month a lot till i was made to realize that my period was yet to get stable. i'm sure u're just passing through a phase most girls pass through and u can take my word for it, it's nothing to panic about. ok?
As aggravating as it is, it is your period, Since it is just the start of your period, it will be irregular at first, no worries, in time you will regulate. I used to have 2 periods a month and spotting in between as I first started my period.
