Exercising at night?!

Exercising at night?

I have problems exercising during the day and never have enough energy. However, I do have energy at night (and no trouble sleeping) and so I excercise then. It's usually about 10-11pm when I start to work out. I work with little hand weights and do a lot of pilates stuff. It doesn't really effect me, but I was just wondering if it's healthy to exercise at night. I'm exercising to tone up, not to lose a whole bunch of weight. Can I still get the same amount of muscle in different times of the day?


Answers:

If you are awake at night, go for it. Do you eat anything after you excercise though? Night is better for loosing a couple of pounds because you have eaten already that day. I don't think that it matters that much if you are trying to tone up.
