Multi-dimensional vagina?
My friend recently had a baby and in her notes it said she had a multi-dimensional vagina. She never thought to ask what it meant and now she is worrying. Does anyone know what this means?

From my own personal experience and what I've learned thus far as a pre-med student, it sounds like a DR's way of saying your friend has/or may have Endometriosis.
Endometriosis means the tissue that lines the uterus is found to be growing outside the uterus, on or in other areas of the body. It's a lot more common than some people realize. Tell your friend to calm down, she shouldn't worry too much. Encourage her to make an appt to see her OB and ask them about the condition. I'll add an online article to help you explain more to her.
