I had a cervical biopsy and now my period is late..is that normal?

My period has been any where between 20 and 38 days in between so it is normal for it to be late but, just wondering if the biopsy could throw it off.

YES IT CAN THROW IT OFF, I HAD ONE DONE AND IT THREW MINE OFF.
