ok im not sure if this is the right place but its still sex right? so anyway i was randomly thinking this today if the doctors say if you drop below a reasonable weight (which if people in africa are starving surely they must be) then how can they still be getting pregnant? cause it seems like theres alot of orphans going around which doesnt make so much sense considering the above to me ......

sorry i meant to say if you drop below a certain weight then doctors say it effects your cycle hence you cant concieve so if their starving how can they be concieving so much ....
