Do you think it's like bad hygiene, just plain gross, and stuff liek that?

I would prefer to think that it is not gross, but after an American upbringing, I find armpit hair less than appealing.
Hair is hair. Armpit hair grows naturally. As long as the person showers regularly and uses deodorant, then there shouldn't be a hygiene problem.
There are times when I wish that society was a bit more accepting of armpit hair and leg hair. It's a damned bother to shave and or epilate it.
I can think of one celebrity for whom armpit hair works, and that is Amanda Palmer of the Dresden Dolls.
