I think i have cellulite on my butt and thighs, but i thought that was something you got when you were older? Like mid-30s? Is it possible to get cellulite at 17, and how do you get rid of it? Are there any lotions or things that work to help reduce the appearance?

sometimes not matter how much weight you loose or how hard you try to tone your body, it'll be there.
it sucks.
