How many times a day do u change your pad?
i just got my first period yesterday and was wondering ohw many times a day i should change my pad. is there anything else important i shoud no about my period?
Answers:
Personally, I change mine every 4 hours.
I feel disgusting when I'm wearing a dirty one. And paranoid that everyone can smell it, even though facts say that they can't.
If you have a dog, watch out. Some dogs are weird and like to chew used pads up and rub their body over it.
