Can u give ur female parts when u die?

U know how u can give ur organs when u die like ur heart,lugs etc. Well can u also give ur female parts like a uterus and other stuff when u die? So a other women can use it and have a baby but would that work?I was thinking about this cuz i wana be a organ donnor. I know it may be a stupid question am just wondering cuz that would be really cool if u could do that for someone.

There are only so many parts that can be donated. The reproductive organs are not one of them. This is because of the differentiation in hormones, your uterus cannot be guaranteed to function properly (after you die: trauma to the organ, menopause, etc.). It would be awesome if science could do that! But at the same rate, would you want another woman walking around with your eggs that have YOUR DNA and doing whatever with them? Just a thought. But, no, you cannot donate your reproductive organs to someone else.
