i don't know how to insert a tampon. ive read the instructions that come in the box with them. but when it starts to slide in, my muscles titen and it hurts. but i dont get it ! ive had sex before, so it should slide right in. BUT IT DOESNT. help ?

stand up and put ur leg on the toilette and put it in aiming toward ur lower back dont shove it in just slide it in i guess is what u would call it then push the applicator till the tampon comes out and it should be in the right spot
