Stomach ache after using tampon?

i only left it in for like 6 hours and i took it out right when i got home... now i have a really bad stomach ache.. what should i do?

Really keep an eye on how long you leave them in. There's this thing called Toxic Shock Syndrome you can get from using tampons and leaving them in too long.

Try laying down and putting a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower abdomen. Drink some warm liquids, relax and take a painkiller if you want to. If it gets worse or doesn't clear up in a day or so, contact a doctor immediately and seek their opinion.

Until then, try using pads until you feel better. You might just have really bad cramps.
