What happens in a 9th grade physical?

i am so scared! i haven't had one in a long tme...i am more of being nervous of him/her telling me to put on the gown thing and then he/she has to like examine my body such as breast and below the waist uuno ...to me this kind of thing is perverted although i know it isn't it is to em...so how do i prepare for the physical, i also need shots i hate needles...help me by awnsering what happens during a physical and will they need to do the whole gown thing?????i have an appointment tommorow morning!

well.....i had one in october... and i was in 9th grade they really didn't look at those places. and i did get a 2 shots then i had to come back for another (sorry) i cried the whole time. my mom was so stupid about it. i think it was for hepititus B and ithink its a STD.......its like she doesn't trust me.....or its just mandtory when u go into the 9th grade to get those shots.
and my mom made me read those panphlets about why i had to get them........it was a bad experience for me...

I'm so sorry but i had to tell u the truth!!
