Why does my stomach hurt for the 1st day and a half when I'm on my period?!


Question:

Why does my stomach hurt for the 1st day and a half when I'm on my period?

I don't have any other problems while on it, but stomach pains. God, I hate it. Midol seems to help a bit, sometimes.
