alright, i ride horses, and im pretty active, ive only used a tampon once, and ive only been fingered once. Im tarrifeid to use tasmpons or be fingered, cuz im scared it will hurt, or it does hurt sometimes, how do i know if my cherry is pooped already???? and btw, im notoootttt going to a gynocologist, awwwkarrrdd

Maiaiai gave a good answer and I would agree your hymen is probably broken. Does it feel any different to when you were younger, do you remember? You can use fingers to see how big the opening is to see if it might be. You can also examine yourself using a mirror to see if you can spot the hymen. There are diagrams and pictures online for you to compare with.
