Whenever i think of using a tampon i become queasy...?
ive only gotten my period two times before...and whenever i think about insterting a tampon in my vagina i become like shaky. I hate pain and even though everyone says tampons don't hurt it just kind of freaks me out. I don't think i can ever use tampons!!
For those who have used them, what made you relax? [i dont have my period now but for next time.]
And does it hurt? Like please be honest.

First of all nothing is going to make you relax, you should not try using one if you are uncomfortable with the idea. I didn't start using tampons for awhile, because I was also afraid it would hurt. Honestly it does not at all I know that is hard to believe but if you put it in right it doesn't hurt at all. I remember the first few times I used one though I was to scared to put it in far enough and it was uncomfortable because of that but honestly there is no pain involved.
