Please Help.URGENT!!!?

MY friend is anorexic She says her stomach has been hurting all day.. She had cramp.s then some chest pains then she was really dizzy and wanted to sleep and now she feels like she is going to throw up. She has ate some today because , she is trying to start eating again... 7 grapes.. some ice cream...some spaghetti..and half a sandwich..What could this mean?

Also she is only 5'0 and 83 pounds..

my sister hadnt eaten much of anything for like 2 weeks. then she would eat like half a sandwich and feel really sick and light headed. the doctors told us that was because her stomach wasnt used to eating that much because it had shrunken in size and what not, and the dizziness was from being malnourished or something because she had really poor nutrition from not eating. u should tell some adult about your friend. she needs help!
