PMS crankiness?!

PMS crankiness?

I hate to admit it, but I think I've tracked some really bad moods to my cycle. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? Diet change? Hormone adjustment? Help! My family thanks you if you have some good information for me.

Midol, drink lots of water, exercise especially walking, and don't take anything greasy. and also talk to your gynecologist about possibly going on the pill/Yasmin. Exercise helps massively because it helps relieve stress a lot and also get atleast 7-8 hours of rest.
