I get such bad cramps during my period that i cant eat much w/o getting worse cramps, any food suggestions?!?!
I get the worst cramps ever. It gets so bad that i cannot eat like anything w/o getting worse cramps. But however i do not have an eating probelsm cause i usually eat like a cow. Any food suggestions so i can get into my normal eating habits w/o hacking any of it up

I was told to drink the recommended amount of water (about 64 oz./day) to get cramps to lighten up. It really does help. I also remember, in high school, my coach would tell me to walk it out.. of course I didn't feel like it. Walking really does help ease the pain though.
