Answers:
It depends on how fast your hair grows. It helps when your hair is normal length (the length it would be if u didn't shave it off, etc.). Of course, in the end, it just has to be long enough so that the wax can get a good grip on it.
I got waxing done for years, and the longer the hair was, the cleaner the waxing results were. Waxing is a bit painful, but totally worth it!
