Can i still masturbate if i haven't gotten my period?

i've tried pleasurign myself several times... i get a little pleasure, but it never REALLY feels good. please help!

Your period really has nothing to do with it. Maybe you just can't pleasure yourself on your own, but that doesn't mean to go out and let someone else try. Some people just don't enjoy masturbating. You could be one of those people.
