ok if someone has sex the day after her period and three days after she started birth control could she get pregnant?

and if so. if she continues taking the pills (not knowing she might be pregnant) will she still have a period since shes still on the pills?

You do not ovulate till a week after your period so I don't think you will get pregnant just from the simple fact it was not time for you to ovulate. I does take a while for birth control to work so I would be careful. If you do happen to get pregnant you will not have a period and the pills should not hurt the baby if you stop taking them as soon as you think you might be. Unless you got the shot and I would talk to your Dr. If you do happen to get pregnant.
