Mirena - Is this normal??

I just had Mirena inserted yesterday afternoon. I felt some severe cramping during insertion but afterwards I just felt some mild cramps throughout the night and day today. However, I have been feeling nauseous and like I'm going to pass out all day today. I'm also very fatigued and have no energy at all. I bled a good bit yesterday, but no bleeding today at all so far. I left work several hours early because I felt so crappy. Are these normal side effects right after insertion? My doctor didn't mention nausea or feeling faint at my appointment for insertion....and the office is closed until Monday so I can't call and ask her. Any help is appreciated.

I was told that nausea and dizziness WERE possible side effects in the first 48 hours of having mirena inserted...but if it continues longer than that, I'd definitely go to the emergency room if the doctor isn't available. Better safe than sorry, right?
