Could my symptoms be from prenatal vitiamins or something else?

for about a week now i get out of breath doing even the littlest things and waking up with very bad headaches everyday

so im taking prenatal vitamins
do you think i could be pregnant?

Are you pregnant? Im taking prenatal vitamins and that doesnt happen to me personally. If anything, maybe you should as your doctor. Or call an advice nurse if you dont want to go. Good luck!
