Is it normal...?
To get heartburn from vitamins? I am eating before I take them, as directed to, but almost right after I take the vitamin...I get really bad heartburn. I am taking Centrum for my immune system but I've been told before from a friend that Centrum isn't very good because it has all these extra ingredients aka fillers.
I've never gotten heartburn from vitamins before...is it this specific vitamin that is doing this or is it normal?
And maybe you guys can give me some help on what vitamins to take that is good for my immune system (I have to take something with good amounts of folic acid and vitamin c). I need vitamin names or websites that would help.

Maybe, I've suffered from taking Centrum. I took Centrum for about three years, then came down with Barrett's Esophagus, which is a disease where you get ulcers from severe heartburn. It didn't occur to me that the vitamins might be at the root.
