no you wouldnt have back pains till you were actually pregnant and knew it... i have lower back pains alot ...dr tell me it is from not wearing proper shoes and spporting my knees... they tell me to stop wearing flip flops and wear something with an arch support...also if you have big boobs you could just be having pains from them... just get a good bra... im not overwweight but i have big booobs and love lanebryant 6 bra cause they support very well... i dont know exactly what type of back pains you are having like stabbing or just sore back but take some advil that always helps too!!! goodluck
