Period problem...?!

Period problem...?

so three days ago i found a brown spot in my panties. I put on a pantyliner and it kept coming, but very light amount. the next day it was the same thing, but today and yesterday it just stopped. i am about three months late and i don't know what to do. was it my period or was it just some weird crap?? will i start soon or was it just some spotting? i need help!!!!!

Your still young, your period will come and go as you grow. You might not always have a period every month. You may also have spotting in between periods. This is just your body trying to repair itself. Some women spot between periods, others do not, it all depends on the person and the body.

If your scared about it, talk to your mom, aunt, or female family member, chances are they have been through what your going through.

You can also talk to you doctor. She/he might have the answers your female family member doesn't.

Birth control is also a good source to regulate your period. I know you may think its only to protect a woman from getting pregnant, but it is a really good thing to regulate a period. I know several women who started birth control to regulate their period, and they are still virgins. Hope this helps!
