Implantation bleeding?!

Question:

Implantation bleeding?

A few days ago I experienced some brown discharge when I wiped. It was for about 3 days but was only a little bit, hardly anything. I am not supposed to get my period for another week and I am worried that this might be implantation bleeding.

Answers:

Well, if you're on a hormonal birth control, spotting between periods is a very common side effect, and even if you're not on a hormonal birth control, spotting is relatively common.

Implantation bleeding, however, occurs about two weeks after you've last had sex, and usually doesn't last for three days (usually just for a day). If you've had a real, menstrual period since the last time you had sex, you are not pregnant. That's really all the general information I can give you without you really asking a question....
