Ladies...that time of the month...how do you beat the bloat?


Answers:

Vitamin B6 will help you out. You can get it at any drug store and take it once in the morning, once at night. Really helps.

You don't want to take too much of it, so unless your doctor has advised otherwise I'd suggest keeping it at twice a day. I know some women who take it in huge quantities during their period because it helps so much, but honestly I'd be wary of anything in an extreme. For me, twice a day makes enough of a difference that I'm really glad I have the stuff!
