Why isn't my period coming????

I have taken three pregnancy tests and I even went to the doctor for one of them. I lost weight and I've been stressed, so I am sure that is the answer, but I am two months late. Can pregnancy get to the point of not being able to be detected? I recently had some serious pain in my lower back and my Mom said it can be pain from ovulation...but I really dont' know. what's going on???

This could be caused by other serious health issues. So you many want to check with your doctor.

But it could also be caused by weight loss, stress, or it may just not be in a regular cycle yet if you've only been menstrating for a few years. Some physical activities such as playing on a sports team could throw your cycle off. And it's possible your cycle is just that spaced out. I know someone who only had her period every 2 months or so and the doctor said nothing was wrong wih her that's just the way she was. Most likely it's just becuase you're stressed and lost weight. So kick back, relax, and go with the flow.
