I just had severe cramps and I never get cramps. What is wrong with me?! Please Help?
I am 18 years old and hardly ever get menstural cramps. The first day of my last period was June 21st if that helps. I keep thinking that I'm pregnant and that my last period was just from implantation because I havn't had sex since my last period. I tried to go to bed around 3:35am and just couldn't fall asleep and was really cold and then I had to pee (once again) really bad so finally around 4:40am I got back up and went pee. Changed into stretchy pants, wrapped up in a blanket, turned on the T.V. and then a little later I got some really bad cramping in my stomache and lower back. When I stood up it felt kinda tight but I don't know it hurt pretty bad and in my lower stomache too. Oh and I am not taking any kind of pills or anything either. If you have any ideas what this might be from please tell!!!! I'm not supposed to have my next period until July 19th. I have pretty regular periods. 28 days apart almost everytime sometimes they are a day late though. HELP PLZZ

it sound like ur sick with some cramps just take it easy & if it get worse go c a doctor
