Scared to drive, with baby?

i got my licence while i was pregnant. hubby didnt let me drive cause of pregnancy. now i have my own car, a licence but i am too scared to drive. i don't know whether it's having the baby with me that scares me so much. also, because i am a first time driver, i have a tiny car. and i feel vulnerable in it as well. i feel that i would be more confident in a bigger, more solid looking car. Anyone in my situation?

The important thing to remember is to not let the baby distract you from the road when you are on the road and driving its very important to pay attention to whomever else is on the road and what you as a driver are doing so that you can avoid accidents and try to find a bigger car if you would feel more comfortable, if the baby cries and cries and you need to see what is wrong pull over at the nearest exit and tend to him or her. Then get back on the road once he or she is calmed down some that will help your nerves as well as concentration, congrats on the baby adn good luck. Dont be scared, you have to take the baby for visits for shots and everything else so dont let fear keep you from your daily routine and responsibilities, everything will be fine.
