Period and going on holiday?
im going on holiday with my friends from monday- friday of next week. to get there we have to go on an almost 8 hour long trip in a coach. but im on my period. im worried because iv never gone on holiday with my friends before (im 15) and im worried i wont be able to change myself in the coach toilets without everyone realising im on (ill have to keep getting stuff outta my bag everytime i go toilet) also there might not be somewhere in the coach to put my 'trash'. also, when we get there, theres looooooads of people sharing one room, so i wont always be able to get dressed and stuff without anyone in the room, so people will know im on then aswell! what can i dooo!? sorry its so lonnng!

Do you use tampons or pads? If you use pads, then maybe you should consider trying tampons. You're definitely old enough to use them and they're far more comfortable than pads. (if it weren't for the cramps, I'd forget I was on my period!) And no one can see it if you're changing.
I wouldn't worry much on the coach, you should be fine. I've never been on one that didn't have a trash bin in the toilet. Why not just bring your bag with you into the toilet? It's normal for girls to do that, no one will think anything of it.
I wouldn't be so worried about people knowing you're on your period. It's a normal thing and you can even use it to your advantage. :)
