Im always cold?

hi, im 18 years old and live alone and constantly cold. at work i have the heating on full when its baking hot outside. i look so weird wearing a big jacket when i go out but im just so cold.
i get weird looks an feel so embrassed but i cant help it. its becoming so hard to even get out of bed in the morning because its so bad. i have a job, but because im doing an apprentiship the money is very low. and i have to make sure i have enough to pay the rent and bills so sometimes not enough to eat. Do u think it is because i am not eating well or is there something wrong with me? I have dropped 3 dresses size in under 4 months. I dont want it to get to a stage where i cant go to work, because i need all the money i can make.
Sensible answers only please, because i dont want to be wasting my time.

you poor thing - i know money is tight but try your best to by cheap wholesome foods like bread and pasta. and try looking for local charitys or governemt schemes - are you sure you're claiming all the benefits you're entitled to. hope things pick up for you.
