no.iron only has an effect on red blood cells production.it desnt have any connction with our BP .BP is controlled by vasodilation or constriction of our bloodstream.
but if u think ur anemic because u hav a low blood pressure, u better go to ur doc to know what type of anemia is that to give u proper medication.
