pills don't work help me out ladys

i like how you say that pills dont work, yet almost every answer tells you to take a pill. haha.
anyway, a heating pad is nice. if you dont have an electric one [or you dont want to spend the money on one] you can buy an icy/hot pack. obviously dont stick it in the freezer!
oh, and i almost forgot to add that sleep makes my cramps go away. =].
