Tampon question...?
Everytime i use a tampon, i get really bad cramps and theyre worse than the normal cramps. ive only tried it twice, but everytime, it always seems to hurt really really bad.
am i putting it in wrong or am i like allergic or something?? pads are really annoying and i just wanna use tampons like NORMAL girls.

tampons are very uncomfy when you first begin to use them, i sugest start will a small size then slowly get bigger if you need to. on the leflet it should tell you how to insert one. alot of women find it easier to put one leg up on something to help the cervix position right.
