i heard on plannedparenthood that you can take the EC 120 hours after u had sex? is it true and any goood? does that mean i wont get preg. if i take it asap before the 120 hours?

You need to take it BEFORE 72 hours. And if you take it then, you have an 89% chance of it working.
You need to take it as soon as possible.
It worked for me, but i took the first pill after 39 hours.
