Uterus' don't need 'cleaning.' Your best bet is to stay away from this 'pill.' God knows what kind of hemmoraging it'll cause...or the exact opposite with nothing happening at all.
Doctors can perform what's called a D and C (dilation and cutterage) which means exactly what it says. Your cervix is dilated artificially in order for the doctor to enter into the uterus and scrape and suck (the cutterage part) the contents of the uterus out. This is the standard procedure for elective abortions, and following spontaneous abortion.
In any case, unless you're having a serious uterine problem, there's no need to 'clean' out your uterus.
