what is the best way to lose weight??


Answers:

Eat healthy diet with high protien, low carbs, low fat, plenty of veggies. Drink lots of water and get yourself an exercise routine of some sort! Even if it is only a walk!
You can look into substituting 2 of your meals for high protien shakes and then eat a healthy meal for the other meal!
That's what I do. Watch the snacks!!
