I, for some stupid planned my vacation right around the time of my period. I was wondering if there was a way to bring the period down a few days early?
Answers:
To the best of my knowledge, the only ways to change when your period occurs are to take a type of birth control or other medication that effects the frequency and/or regularity of your period or to become so malnourished that you no longer have your period.
