If it is not a yeast infection or an STD, what could it be?!
Question:
If it is not a yeast infection or an STD, what could it be?
Itching much worse since I used a 7 day yeast treatment.
Answers:
It could be that you're sensitive to something like a laundry detergent-something that's causing a "contact dermatitis". Sometimes the yeast infection creams themselves can be really irritating, so if you have an underlying sensitivity, the area could be more irritated after the treatment. Probably the best thing to do is to go and see a gynecologist. She can take a sample and look under a microscope to rule out yeast infection or trichomonas. Hope you feel better.
